A: Our catnip is for cats, not humans. While it won’t stop midnight sprints, it may at least explain why they’re happening.


Q: Can I get an invoice for my order?

A: Yes. All Subscribe & Save orders require a minimum of 2 bags per delivery. This helps us keep pricing fair and fulfil orders efficiently.

A: Select your TopCatnip product, choose Subscribe & Save, pick your delivery frequency, select your quantity, and complete checkout.


Q: Can I cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription?

A: Yes. You can cancel at any time with no penalties through your account dashboard.

A: All Subscribe & Save orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
